Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our GoHighLevel platform to enhance our marketing campaigns, automate workflows, and improve client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GoHighLevel’s features and capabilities and be able to implement strategies that drive results
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Configure and manage the GoHighLevel platform, including setting up funnels, workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
Campaign Development: Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automated workflows to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients onto the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal setup to meet their business needs.
CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Support and Training: Provide support and training to team members and clients on the use of GoHighLevel, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest GoHighLevel features and industry trends, implementing best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Candidates must show a track record of proper documentation, understand the importance of documentation and constantly document processes. This is more important to us than years of experience.
Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform, including configuration, campaign setup, and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM management, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a related field is preferred.
