Job Description:
As a GoHighLevel Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ GoHighLevel accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the GoHighLevel platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and Configuration: Configure and set up Go High Level accounts for clients, including creating funnels, automations, and integrations tailored to their specific needs.
Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns within the Go High Level platform, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and social media advertising.
Automation: Implement automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, such as lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sequences.
Lead Generation: Utilize Go High Level’s features to generate and capture leads through landing pages, forms, and lead magnets.
CRM Management: Manage customer relationships and interactions within the Go High Level CRM, including lead tracking, contact management, and pipeline management.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics using Go High Level’s reporting tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on how to effectively use the Go High Level platform to achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel, including setup, configuration, and support.
Experience with CRM tools such as Jobber
Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and marketing automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in other relevant software and tools, such as Zapier, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
