Looking for a GoHighLevel subaccount manager/Virtual Assistant: 25 hours/week to start, with a plan to increase to 40 within 1 year. You must have significant experience with the GoHighLevel CRM, including building and managing funnels and automatons. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with documents, spreadsheets, emails and other general assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which we will provide tutorials for.
Your Top Tasks:
Build funnels for customers in GoHighLevel
Manage assigned sub-accounts and provide regular (weekly) data reports
Build workflows/recipes per customer request (not extremely advanced)
Other administrative and assistant-type work
Some lead-gen activities for bonuses if you have time
Job Requirements:
-Extensive GoHighLevel knowledge and experience
-Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
-Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails
-Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
-Basic video editing skills (be able to use capcut and make captions)
-Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

-You will not be required to work at set times, but will be expected to complete your assigned work properly and quickly.
Pay:
-Compensation is $4/hour. If you are able to complete your work quickly, you will still be paid for the hours you are contracted for (25/week to start, or $200 every 2 weeks)
-You will be assigned to manage sub-accounts for customers, and will receive a quarterly bonus (starting at $100 per account and increasing over time) for every account you manage that stays active for the preceding 3 months. You will be assigned more accounts as time goes on, and will likely have ~20 accounts by the end of the first year.
-Total expected compensation after a year of work is equivalent to $1300/month for full-time work
-Opportunity for bonus commission if you are able to generate leads through Facebook or google maps
