We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in the GoHighLevel CRM to join our dynamic team at King Pixel, a marketing agency for women business owners in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client’s GoHighLevel accounts as a dedicated VA support to ensure efficient lead and client communications and improved business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Automation: Implement and manage workflows within GoHighLevel to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workload.
Pipeline Personalisations: Creating Pipelines & Workflow automations relating to pipeline journeys for leads, clients and digital course students.
Building Landing Pages & Websites: Using your creative flair to build attractive and high converting landing pages and websites.
Calendar set ups: including reminder workflows pre and post appointments
Social Media Graphic Design & Content Schedulling: using the GoHighLevel scheduler, upload and plan out social media posts. Create graphics in Canva.
Email Marketing: Designing emails and publishing campaign emails and segmenting database with tags and smartlists.
Membership (digital course) set ups: Uploading course content module by module, building sales landing pages.
Integration and Customization: Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and platforms using Zapier.
Training and Support: Assist in training other team members on the use of GoHighLevel. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve CRM strategies and processes. Stay updated with the latest GoHighLevel features and updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role with GoHighLevel.
Strong understanding of landing page design, email marketing and GoHighLevel’s specific workflow features and capabilities.
Experience in automating workflows and integrating various digital tools with CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in using Slack and Clickup.
Reliable and fast internet connection.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
