About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy virtual assistant to support our client, a seasoned business consultant transitioning into a consulting role. Martin has Parkinson’s, which makes it challenging to operate technology independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with GoHighLevel, be patient, and preferably have prior experience working with physically impaired clients.
Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Management:
Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel software, focusing on forms, CRM elements, and automation tools.
Modify and rebuild flows, funnels, and other business elements based on sales data and feedback.
Customize email campaigns, SMS notifications, and appointment reminders as needed.
Ensure CRM and conversation records are up to date and properly maintained.
Clone and adjust existing funnels and workflows to meet changing business needs.
Technical Assistance:
Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing various tech tools and software.
Implement and maintain accessibility settings and tools to simplify Martin’s interaction with technology (e.g., voice commands, larger buttons).
Content Creation and Management:
Assist Martin in drafting, editing, and publishing content for his consulting business.
Utilize voice-to-text tools to transcribe Martin’s verbal instructions and ideas into structured documents, PDFs, or presentations.
Manage and schedule social media posts, primarily on LinkedIn, and potentially other platforms as required.
Administrative Support:
Manage Martin’s calendar, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence.
Ensure follow-ups on client communications and maintain a high level of customer service.
Organize digital files and ensure proper filing structures are maintained.
Personal Assistance:
Assist with setting up personal appointments, managing simple household tasks, and coordinating with local support as needed.
Be on call to provide real-time assistance for urgent tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel software, including maintaining and optimizing CRM, forms, and automation tools.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize various software tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compassionate and patient, with a preference for candidates who have worked with physically impaired clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating Martin’s needs.
Comfortable with voice-to-text tools and transcription software.
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with clients who have physical impairments, particularly Parkinson’s.
Basic graphic design skills for creating branded documents and social media posts.
Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms like Zapier.
