**Role Summary:**
As a GoHighLevel Expert specializing in real estate, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns for our real estate clients. You will harness the power of GoHighLevel to generate and nurture leads, streamline workflows, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **GoHighLevel Setup and Customization:**
– Customize GoHighLevel CRM, workflows, pipelines, and campaigns to meet the unique needs of real estate clients.
– Configure lead capture forms, appointment scheduling, and automated follow-ups.
2. **Marketing Automation Campaigns:**
– Design and implement drip campaigns, email marketing, SMS marketing, and other automated sequences to engage leads.
– Develop custom campaigns for open houses, buyer/seller guides, and property listings.
3. **Lead Generation & Nurturing:**
– Create and manage landing pages, forms, and call-to-action elements to maximize lead generation.
– Segment and nurture leads based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
4. **Pipeline Management:**
– Monitor, manage, and optimize sales pipelines to improve conversion rates.
– Develop customized pipelines tailored to different stages of the real estate sales cycle.
5. **Performance Monitoring & Optimization:**
– Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
– Continuously optimize campaigns and workflows for improved ROI.
6. **Client Training and Support:**
– Provide training to clients on using GoHighLevel effectively.
– Offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience with GoHighLevel, specifically for real estate clients.
– Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
– Proficiency in GoHighLevel features like workflows, pipelines, and marketing automation.
– Experience with landing page builders, email marketing, and SMS marketing.
– Analytical skills to monitor, interpret, and improve campaign performance.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
**Preferred Experience:**
– Prior experience in real estate marketing or as a real estate agent.
