Job Description

Split One Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Account Manager to join our team. As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our clients’ Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving successful outcomes. Your expertise in Google Ads, data analysis, and campaign optimization will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. We currently have about 30 clients running ads. Clients are small service based businesses located in the United States and utilize search and display ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Google Ads accounts for multiple clients, ensuring campaign performance aligns with client objectives and targets.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and create targeted ad groups.
Develop compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting settings to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously improve ad performance and click-through rates.
Generate reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on campaign performance insights and industry best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Google Ads Account Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, account optimization and performance tracking.
Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying optimization opportunities and solving challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Google Ads certifications are a plus.
WordPress experience a plus.
