We are seeking a Google Ads and SEO Expert who is versatile, eager to learn, and passionate about contributing to both our company’s growth and their own personal development. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with expertise in SEMRush and WordPress, capable of initiating projects and solving complex problems independently. This role demands a proactive approach to generating impactful work for our clients, with a focus on driving sales and leads through effective Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Management: Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns that effectively drive sales and generate leads for our clients.

2. SEO Optimization: Utilize SEMRush to set up company projects, monitor performance, and address site issues independently, enhancing search engine visibility and performance.

3. WordPress Administration: Navigate and manage the WordPress environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions independently.

4. Google Business Profile Management: Optimize and maintain our Google Business Profile to ensure accurate and engaging representation of our services, facilitating improved local search visibility and client engagement.

5. Google Search Console Monitoring: Regularly monitor and manage our presence in Google Search Console to track search performance, identify issues, and implement strategic SEO enhancements to improve our site’s search rankings and online visibility. As well as disavowing toxic backlinks.

6. Compelling Copywriting: Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various digital marketing channels, leveraging your own skills and tools like Chat GPT to create content that resonates with the target audience and drives action.

7. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Actively seek new knowledge and skills to add value to our team, staying ahead in the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape.

8. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a small, highly skilled team, contributing to multiple disciplines and supporting the collective success of our projects.

Qualifications
– Proven experience in Google Ads and SEO, with a strong track record of improving search engine performance and driving sales/leads.
– Proficiency in SEMRush, with the ability to set up and manage projects, as well as troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues without external help.
– Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including understanding its structure and environment, coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
– A self-starter attitude, with the ability to independently seek out tasks that will benefit our clients and our organization.
– Commitment to continuous learning and development, with the ability to bring innovative ideas and solutions to an already talented team.

Additional Requirements
– Must be available to work during US Eastern time zone hours.
– Ability to thrive in a small team environment, where cross-disciplinary skills and collaborative work are essential.
