Google Ads and SEO Specialist

The Vishrant Buddhist Society is an Australian non-profit organisation under the guidance of enlightened spiritual Master Vishrant. We are dedicated to helping people find higher consciousness, love and freedom through modern Buddhist teachings. As part of our mission to reach a wider global audience, we are seeking a talented Google Ads and SEO Specialist to join our team on a full or part time basis.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced digital marketing expert who specialises in Google Ads and SEO to spearhead our Google marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on Google services. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team and make a positive impact on individuals worldwide.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Manage Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation and performance tracking.
– Conduct audience research to ensure ad targeting is optimised for maximum engagement and conversion.
– Test and optimise ads, using A/B testing and other methods.
– Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and traffic.
– Create and optimize landing pages to drive conversions and maximise ROI.
– Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Requirements:
– Good English speaking skills.
– Proven experience in online marketing with a focus on Google Ads and SEO.
– Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
– Familiarity with creating and segmenting audiences for targeted advertising.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– Interest in mindfulness, spirituality and other Buddhist teachings is a plus.
