Job description:
Lead Generation Group is seeking a talented and motivated Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in paid search advertising on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. We are expanding globally and looking for someone who can effectively manage and optimize paid search campaigns across different markets.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads for diverse clients in various sectors.
– Develop strategies to expand campaign reach and performance within specific sectors and brands.
– Improve campaign effectiveness through ad copy testing and continuous optimization.
– Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and maximize results.
– Assist in audience targeting strategies tailored to different sectors and brands.
– Provide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reports to senior management.

Job requirements
Requirements:
– At least 4 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns with a significant ad spend.
– Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
– Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads/Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for paid search advertising.
– Experience in running international campaigns.
– Ability to analyze and effectively communicate campaign data.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and scaling.
– Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
– Understanding of tracking methodologies and campaign attribution.

Desired Skills and Experience:
– Familiarity with other performance marketing areas like SEO, affiliates, email, and display advertising.
– Background in B2B, B2C, or lead generation industries.
