Only, we don’t just sell the dream and shiny new parts – we guide our clients through the technical stuff and give the tools to fix the leaky sales funnel.
Tactics and methods in the digital marketing world constantly change, but our client-first results-driven business principles don’t.
THE POSITION.
Fast + Light is seeking a passionate and hard-working Google Ads Media Buyer filled with creative juices, has a keen eye for data and detail, and can help us run our client’s ads flawlessly.
As you work with a team that brings scalable success to some of the top names in health and wellness, fashion and home goods selling products and online courses through various social media platforms and Google advertising, your key responsibilities to fulfill this position are:
– Setting up, monitoring, testing, optimizing and adjusting client campaigns on Google Search, Google Display and Google Ads on a daily basis, making sure that all are maintained and within the goal KPI;
– Provide directives to our creative team on what are needed in terms of content and ad creatives;
– Identify which ads are (and are not) performing best, fill-in gaps in the ad metrics we carefully look-after, and make recommendations/adjustments through it to deliver the best and consistent results to our clients

THE PREREQUISITES:
Before anything else, we’d like to give you a sneak-peek of the actual responsibilities of the role (aside from the aforementioned):
– Manage existing Google Ads Campaigns;
– Setup, monitor and optimize Google Search, Google Display, Performance Max, Google Ad campaigns/accounts from beginning to end
– Ad campaign creations using assets (captions, graphics and videos will be given) and strategy provided
– Contribute and provide instructions on advertising creative creations, testings and analysis
– Scale and test new and existing Google Ads effectively to attain client goals and competitive profitability
– Perform ongoing ad performance maintenance and analysis on Google media buys to review results and find insights we can share to our clients and the rest of the team so our marketing strategy iterates success on the metrics data.
– Create and utilize a strategy focused on targeting and audience creation through Google Ads
– Stay on top of the latest trends in terms of advertising especially those that are deemed effective/remarkable to run on Google Ads
– Manage account, analyze performance data, identify trends and insights, and perform monthly ad spend budgeting, daily optimizations on spend and performance, and provide intelligent and appropriate interpretation and actionable recommendations based on conclusions
– Help our clients generate more revenue and achieve their goals for their business through competitive research, analysis and strategy, and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies for Google Ads
– Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Our dream candidate would be someone who:
– Has at least 2 years of experience in running Google Ad campaigns and executing Google media buying endeavors
– Has been awarded a Google Ads and/or Google Marketing Certification
– Has deep Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center understanding (For Google Merchant Center, we need someone who can manage feed to create better descriptions (keywords) to rank higher in search)
– Has a keen eye and high attention to detail
– Has excellent analytical, data interpretation, troubleshooting, copywriting and organization skills
– Has a strong verbal and written communication skills
– Has the ability work efficiently remotely and can manage/track time and tasks accordingly
– Has a passion for learning and staying at the forefront of digital marketing/advertising
– Is enthusiastic, passionate and committed
Although not required, it would be a plus advantage to have the following:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Extensive knowledge and ability to run ads on other ad channels
THE COVERAGE.
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time
Schedule: 9AM to 5PM PST, Mondays to Fridays
Required hours per week: 20 hours/week
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay
Commission pay
