Job Title: Google Ads Campaign Manager – THIS IS A LONG TERM FULL TIME ROLE for a UK BUSINESS

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize our Google Ad campaigns on a monthly retainer basis. This is a crucial role in our marketing strategy, requiring a deep understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, market analysis, and continuous campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and delivering measurable results. THIS IS A LONG TERM FULL TIME ROLE.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords.
Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
Perform market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Allocate budget effectively across campaigns to ensure maximum impact.
Dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per day to optimize and manage ad campaigns.
Generate weekly reports outlining campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and delivering measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
You will work in UK hours for the first 3 months and then we can change the work hours if needed
