Role: Google Ads Consultant
This is an exciting career opportunity for a Google Ads Consultant to join a rapidly expanding digital agency. We are looking for someone passionate about all things digital. You will be supporting the Amire Google Ads team on some of Australia’s most iconic brands.
The role is responsible for ongoing SEM Campaign Optimisation and SEM Business Development and includes daily reviews and optimisation of pay per click accounts on Google Ads (and potentially Bing) for a variety of clients. It also includes managing two staff from the biddable management team.

How will we evaluate your success?
After three months, you would have:
? Developed a clear understanding of your client campaign and objectives.
? Understood the SEM processes and key deliverables.
? Completed key SEM tasks including account restructures, optimisation and management.
? Built strong relationships with your team.
? Demonstrated clear wins on client campaigns.
? Proposed new strategies / technologies to further improve our product offering.
After six months, you would have:
? Been involved presenting new/innovative strategies.
? Trained new team members and overseen their activities.
? Developed strong relationships with team members.
? Developed new skills to further enhance the performance of your campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
? Recommendation and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network in agreement with client goals.
? Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
? Support the generation new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
? Communicate SEM campaigns confidently to team members.
? Integrate SEM campaign with other active marketing activities.
? Ensure full campaign transparency for team members.
? Keep pace with search engine and SEM industry trends and developments.
? Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
? Mentor new SEM team members.
What you will need:
? Minimum 4 years SEM experience (agency experience an advantage).
? Excellent project management skills in running multiple accounts.
? Excellent written and verbal skills.
? Excellent experience in preparing documentation (e.g., reports, Google Slide presentations)
? Excellent communication skills.
