Hello,

Our digital marketing and eCommerce agency works with clients of all sizes across industries, and we’re looking for someone that can work in various industries. This role/agency team is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns while working closely with our Roman Creative team.

We are looking for someone that is a great communicator and can find solutions to problems that may arise. Someone who is collaborative in nature, willing to provide suggestions, and help us build out marketing strategies for our clients. We are hoping for someone who is slightly flexible in hours and can overlap with our working hours a couple of days per week. Please see our attached workflow for more information on our internal team operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
– Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across paid media channels
– Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
– Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
– Recommend changes to optimize copy, creative performance and landing pages for paid search and display campaigns
– Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
– Research and analyze competitor advertising links
– Provide ongoing communication to our team in a digestible format
– Alter geotargeting to continue to optimize campaigns to align with business priorities

Essential Skills & Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience within digital advertising
– Manage 15-30 hours per week of work
– Timely & organized with assignments and prompt to respond to Roman Creative team
– Experience with Facebook Ads and Business Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
– Experienced with writing ad copy for specific platforms with attention to targeting details and ad character lengths
– Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, implementing pixels and conversion tracking
– Knowledge of retargeting/remarketing, audience creation
– Ability to analyze, report, and draw conclusions from advertising campaigns to maximize results
– Google Ads certification
– Experience with Toggl (time tracking), Asana, SEMrush, and Slack is a plus
– Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
