Good day,
I’m searching for a new partner that can help with Google ads clients we run in our agency. We have more then 50+ live projects running and looking for more employees who are skilled and motivated.
It would be perfect if you worked with more e-commerce brands before and could work with a fixed ROAS (after learning and building phase.)
1. Technical Skills:
* Google Ads Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
* Google Analytics Proficiency: Ability to track and analyze website traffic, set up goals, and interpret data to inform campaign strategy.
* Keyword Research: Proficiency in conducting keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to identify high-potential keywords.
* Conversion Tracking: Experience in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking tags using Google Tag Manager or directly within Google Ads.
* Ad Copywriting: Ability to write compelling and relevant ad copy that drives conversions.
* A/B Testing: Knowledge in creating and interpreting split tests for ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
2. Strategic Skills:
* Budget Management: Expertise in managing budgets to ensure a positive return on investment.
* Campaign Structuring: Skill in structuring ad campaigns for optimal performance and ease of management.
* Trend Analysis: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
* Target Audience Identification: Ability to define and target the right audience segments for campaigns.
3. Soft Skills:
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Communication: Ability to clearly communicate insights, strategies, and results to stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and bottlenecks in campaign performance with effective solutions.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring that ads, keywords, and targeting are always optimized and free of errors.
* Time Management: Juggling multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
