Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Google Ads expert to create and manage a comprehensive Google Ads campaign for our real estate services. This is a one-time project aimed at boosting our online presence and attracting potential clients through targeted advertisements.
Responsibilities:
Develop a customized Google Ads strategy tailored to the real estate market.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords relevant to our services.
Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Set up and configure Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by monitoring performance and adjusting bids, keywords, and ad placements.
Implement conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of the ads.
Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Google Ads expert, preferably with a focus on real estate or similar industries.
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including search, display, and retargeting ads.
Proficiency in keyword research tools and techniques.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive ad content.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad performance.
Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with our team to understand our goals and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads certification.
Previous experience working with real estate agents or agencies.
Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms and strategies.
Project Duration:
This is a one-time project with the possibility of future collaboration based on the success of the campaign.
