Role and Responsibilities:
As the Google AdWords Monitoring Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Google AdWords campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions. Your responsibilities will include:
-Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to enhance online visibility and attract potential members.
-Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that align with our fitness center’s offerings.
-Ad Copy and Extensions: Craft compelling ad copy and utilize ad extensions to maximize click-through rates and ad performance.
-Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bid strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient campaign performance.
-Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align AdWords strategies with broader marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in Google AdWords campaign management, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid optimization.
-Familiarity with Google Ads tools, analytics, and a strong understanding of PPC best practices.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
-Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Passion for fitness and wellness, with an understanding of industry trends and customer behavior, is a plus.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns.
-Demonstrated success in improving campaign performance and achieving KPIs.
-Google Ads certification is a plus.
-Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
