We currently run a successful marketing agency and are now starting a new one in the Google Advertising space. We are looking for our first virtual hire, someone who can work part time for consistent hours (20 hours a week). Our expectation is this will quickly grow into a full time role and provided you have good organizational skills, this will progress into a management role (if you become interested in that).
Background on the business: We help businesses optimize their Google Business Profile, Become Google Guaranteed, and run both Local Service Ads, along with call only ads. Once set up and running, we then provide ongoing services where we 1) dispute bad leads 2) confirm booked leads 3) respond to reviews 4) provide updates to their profile 5) provide a monthly performance report 6) provide regular communication so they feel extra cared for. At the moment we are focused on service window cleaners. We will then expand this to include tow trucks, and care homes. You will be responsible for setting up these clients on Google (with our SOPs and instructions), managing their accounts, communicating with clients through our CRM to provide updates.
Skills required: good wifi, good English (enough to communicate well with our team), ability to work US hours (10 am Los Angeles Time to 2pm), good at following SOPs and are organized. We use a combination of clickup, notion and slack to run as a team – you should be able to learn this when we get started (shouldn’t be hard).
Skills highly preferred: Setting up Google Business Profiles, running Local Service Ads, working with the google professional suite (setting up and running google business accounts).
