Job Description:
As the Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our products. You will have a deep understanding of Facebook and Google advertising platforms and be able to leverage these channels effectively to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, as you will be responsible for analyzing key metrics, optimizing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads platforms to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Conduct A/B tests to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements for optimal performance.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and ecommerce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and ecommerce.
Extensive knowledge of Google advertising platforms, including hands-on experience managing campaigns: PMax, Search etc.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the eCommerce industry is preferred but not required.
