Job Details:

CR Fence and Rail is on the lookout for a dynamic Google Ad Manager to spearhead our Google Ad Campaigns, particularly focusing on our Shopify site. This critical role requires a blend of innovative campaign development, strategic execution across multiple digital platforms, and in-depth market analysis. As a central figure in our team, you’ll collaborate with sales, graphic design, and product teams to amplify our reach and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise will be pivotal in tracking campaign performance, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI through insightful analytics. This role is not just about managing ads; it’s about driving tangible growth and shaping the digital voice of CR Fence and Rail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development and Execution:
– Responsible for setting up and managing Google advertising campaigns. Identifying new advertising opportunities and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.
– Conducting extensive market and keyword research to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness, focusing heavily on keywords to maximize ROAS.
– Keeping an eye on competitor activities to identify impactful strategies and adjusting campaigns accordingly.

2. Performance Management and Analytics:
– Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
– Tracking conversions and lead generation effectiveness to assess campaign ROI while Managing the advertising budget and bidding strategies to maximize returns.
– Setting up and managing conversion tracking tools, like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc for detailed campaign insights.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
– Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment of advertising campaigns with broader marketing strategies and objectives.
– Creating detailed reports on campaign results and making recommendations for future strategies.
– Regularly updating personal knowledge on the latest Google Ads features, industry best practices, and digital marketing t
rends.

Requirements:

Role Requirements:
– Experience in Digital Marketing: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns is required.
– Budget Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
– Strong Communication Abilities: This includes skillful presentation of ideas and effective communication with team members and other key stakeholders.
– Technical Proficiency in Google Ads Manager: A strong technical understanding of Google Ads Manager is essential. Previous experience with other systems such as , Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and is a plus.
– Creative Production Success: Demonstrated success in creating both video and static creative content.
– Lead Generation Proficiency: A track record of success in lead generation production.

Skill Requirements:
– Data Analysis Skills: The capability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions is essential.
– Expertise in Google Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics helps in understanding campaign performance and audience insights.
– Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The role often demands quick decision-making and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
– Knowledge of Advanced Bidding Strategies: Understanding and applying advanced bidding strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
– Proficiency in A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization: Skills in testing ad variations and optimizing for performance are important.
– Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Developing innovative advertising strategies and solving complex problems is essential.

Education:
– Associate’s or equivalent

Experience:
– 6-10 years relevant experience

Management:
– 1-3 years experience

Scope of Control:
– Control is only limited to their own work.

Interview Process
1. The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interviews in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.
2. We will ask you to list our your key responsibilities from our previous companies
3. We will then ask you to demonstrate from past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
4. Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issue we face that you will try to resolve).
5. Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
