Job Description

Job Title: Google Ads Manager
Work Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $6 – $10

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Google Ads Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital advertising strategies on Google to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions for our 100+ active client base. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid advertising, analytics, and a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:
– Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads campaigns that align with business goals. This includes ad creative development, targeting strategies, and budget management.
– Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor spending, allocate resources efficiently, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the most relevant audience segments. Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends to optimize targeting strategies.
– Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve creative elements.
– Conversion Tracking and Optimization: Implement and maintain proper tracking mechanisms to monitor and optimize conversion rates. Implement conversion tracking pixels and tags for accurate performance measurement.
– Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of successful lead generation.
– In-depth understanding of Google Ads.
– Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
– Google Ads Blueprint certifications is a plus.
