Google Ads manager

We are a growing team and looking to bring our Google Ads management in house. Our ads are working and profitable, but we are at the growth stage where testing and creating new ads are required to keep us moving forward. If hired, you will be completely responsible for our Google Ads account,

This is a part time flexible position. The only requirement of working hours are 5-7am EST. This position will pay $8-10 / hour.

Key Responsibilities:

-Full management of our Google Ads account, including campaign planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
-Developing strategies to increase ROI and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).
-Conducting keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
-Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.-
-Monitoring and administering web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools.
-Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search.
-Keeping up to date with Google Ads updates, PPC trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in managing Google Ads with a focus on e-commerce.
-Strong understanding of all aspects of Google Ads, including:
-Campaign setup and structure.
-Keyword research and targeting
-Bid management and optimization strategies.
-Effective ad copywriting.
-Conversion tracking and ROI analysis.
-Utilization of Google Analytics for insights.
-Shopping Ads and Display Network management
-Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
