Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. They should be adept at keyword research, strategy development, ad creation, and possess a deep understanding of how to maximize ROI. Strong analytical skills and the ability to create high-converting ads are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup: Efficiently set up Google Ads campaigns, including account structure, ad groups, keywords, and targeting.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing, adjust bids, and refine targeting.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that align with business goals.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Google Ads features.
Ad Creation: Design and create compelling ad copy and creative assets that attract and convert the target audience.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to ensure optimal spend and return on investment.
Landing Page Coordination: Work with the web development and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and align with ad messaging.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor advertising strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Google Ads Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Keyword Research Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools and techniques.
Ad Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills to create compelling and persuasive ad copy.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of all technical aspects of Google Ads, including conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Budget Management: Experience in managing advertising budgets and maximizing ROI.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate campaign strategies and performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address campaign challenges and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads (Google Ads Certification).
Preferred but not required: Experience with other PPC platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
