We are a dynamic lead generation agency specializing in the automotive industry, seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to spearhead our Google Ads department. This role is pivotal for driving high-quality leads through efficient and strategic Google Ads campaigns tailored to local businesses within the automotive niche. We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns that drive high-quality leads. This includes keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.

Landing Page Design and Optimization: Utilize HighLevel software to design and implement high-converting landing pages. Responsibilities include creating landing pages from scratch, optimizing for conversion with compelling copy and design, linking all necessary tracking and reporting tools, and performing A/B tests to enhance performance.

CRM Integration and Management: Implement and manage high-level CRM strategies to ensure seamless lead capture and nurturing. This involves setting up efficient workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring systems to maximize lead conversion.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, adjust strategies as needed, and report on ROI and other key metrics to stakeholders.

Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and Google Ads updates to implement cutting-edge strategies that give our agency a competitive edge. This includes exploring new tools, technologies, and approaches to digital advertising.

Leadership and Guidance: Serve as the go-to expert for all things Google Ads within the agency. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, and advise on best practices and strategies to achieve our clients’ goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving significant ROI, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, search engine optimization (SEO), and online customer acquisition.

Expertise in designing and optimizing landing pages within HighLevel software, including proficiency in linking reporting, tracking tools, and implementing A/B testing strategies.

Proficient in CRM software and integrations, with the ability to leverage data for campaign optimization.

Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to anticipate needs and provide strategic recommendations without direct supervision.
