Google Ads Manager for Virtual Assistant Staffing Agency

Job Summary:

Our virtual assistant staffing agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Google Ads strategy, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing our return on investment. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive traffic to our website and generate leads for our business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement our Google Ads strategy, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization
Manage our Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and optimize campaign settings
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets to support our campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance
Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, and provide regular updates to the marketing team and other stakeholders
Work with external partners, such as ad agencies or freelance designers, as needed to support our Google Ads campaigns
Manage our Google Ads budget and ensure campaigns stay within budgetary constraints

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager, preferably in a virtual assistant staffing agency or related industry
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
Google Ads certification is preferred, but not required
