WORK HOURS: UK TIME ZONE – 9 AM – 5 PM

Introduction:

We have a performance lead generation agency and we help clients generate leads on a cost-per-lead basis using video ads and our proven formula of messaging, funnel building, testing, etc.

While other digital agencies provide services to all businesses in all industries, we focus specifically on lead generation and performance. This gives us a competitive edge and our clients love it.

About the role:

We’re looking for a rockstar YouTube ads manager with experience generating quality leads at scale in the personal injury sector (or similar) using surveys, quizzes, and funnels. This role is for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when a challenge is presented, enjoys being a proactive problem solver, and is a natural team player that’s up for new challenges.

Our personal injury clients – we have 4 clients for which we need to supply 3,000+ leads a month collectively, and we plan to onboard 100 national home improvement clients in 2023 (pay per appointment).

This is not your typical 9-5 job, with hours that will naturally fluctuate as any experienced media buyer will know. You will be working directly with the founder for this role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our YouTube and Tik Tok advertising campaigns for our personal injury and home improvement clients by generating high-quality leads all while maintaining a superior CPL, lead quality & ROAS.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Working with the team daily to ensure our business meets its goals
* Creating and managing YouTube campaigns
* Reporting KPIs to the founder at our weekly/monthly team meetings
* Meeting our daily and weekly lead delivery targets
* Reporting your daily metrics on the company Marketing Metrics Spreadsheet
* Researching and conducting market research to better understand our ideal prospects (leads)
* Setting tracking via GTM Ensuring that we are generating leads at our target cost per lead in our niches
* Using Google Analytics to optimize and measure performance
* Writing Ad copy & script for video ad/creative
* Ensuring UTM parameters and all relevant tracking is implemented and functioning for all campaigns at all times
* Working with our creative strategist/video editor produce new video ads
* Advising on media budgets, with a heavy focus on quality leads at the lowest cost
* Developing and maintaining relationships with media buying platform representatives
* Coming on with new ad ideas, hooks, and creatives.
* Overseeing campaign success of external paid media contractors

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The following are the important KPIs that we’ll use to identify the success of your position on a weekly basis, which you will need to track for quick reference:

1. The number of leads and calls delivered
2. Final conversions of sales for leads delivered (to track lead quality)
3. Average amount of leads delivered
4. Cost per lead
5. ROAS
5. Gross profit per lead

Requirements:

Having a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is an absolute must for success in this role. Must-Haves:

* 4+ years of lead generation experience on a pay-per-lead basis
* A proven track record that you are able to generate leads with a positive ROAS
* Ability to work within a 9 AM to 6 PM UK timezone schedule
* The ability to analytically assess campaign data to drive day-to-day media buying decisions
* Highly organized with the ability to map out and follow processes to achieve business targets and maintain internal processes and standards
* Willingness to compile daily campaign metrics on Google Sheets to track individual campaign performance across all regions
* Ability to create compelling ad copy that is both relevant and drives engagement
* Ability to conduct research to write compelling scripts that engage our ideal customers effectively
* Experience using developing lead generation and appointments funnels
* Experiencing using Google Sheets
* Knowledge of best practices in lead generation and ways to improve internal processes
* Visualizing data in GA4, Google Data Studio, Ads Reporting, and creating your own spreadsheets to display strategies & learnings to team and clients.
* Identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to execute on client accounts. Get creative with new strategies that work through problems in ad accounts, never staying stagnant
