Google Ads Optimization Needed

We are a lead generation agency seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to help optimize our service-based business clients’ accounts on a part-time basis, with the potential for a long-term full-time position.

You will be provided with SOPs for each task, but we require expertise in using Google Ads Editor and the ability to work efficiently without wasting time.

Responsibilities:

– Perform keyword sculpting to refine ad groups and improve relevance.
– Rearrange ad groups to optimize campaign structure and performance.
– Identify and remove negative search terms to improve ad relevance and reduce wasted spend.
– Utilize Google Ads Editor to make bulk changes and optimize accounts efficiently.
– Follow the provided SOPs for each task while using your expertise to make strategic decisions.
– Collaborate with our team to ensure that optimization is done quickly and efficiently using our Clickup for time tracking and easy tracking of tasks.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in optimizing Google Ads accounts, particularly with keyword sculpting, ad group restructuring, and negative keyword management.
– Strong proficiency in using Google Ads Editor for efficient account management. This is a must!
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
– Excellent attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and strategically-minded individual who can dedicate 20 hours per week to this role initially, with the opportunity for full-time employment as your position grows and you show you are ready to take over all account management.

This is a performance-based position. By working on a diverse range of client accounts, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in the field of Google Ads optimization.
