RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Google Ads Management:
– Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns aimed at driving traffic to our landing pages and websites.
– Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
– Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
– Collaboratively set up and launch new campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
– Demonstrate a strong interest in the solar industry and integrate relevant insights into ad strategies.
– Set up initial keywords and continuously adjust ad copy to improve performance.
– Regularly review analytics to monitor campaign performance and ensure profitability for our clients.

2. PPC Campaign Strategy:
– Design and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms to diversify traffic sources.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
– Implement A/B testing to continually improve ad performance and conversion rates.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
– Provide detailed analysis and insights on campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
– Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
– Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure ad visuals and copy are aligned with campaign goals.
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress and performance.

5. Industry Knowledge and Trends:
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
– Continuously explore new advertising opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance traffic generation strategies.

NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and PPC advertising.
– Strong understanding of PPC concepts, including keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
– Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience in the home services industry (solar, roofing, bathroom remodel, etc.) is a plus.
– Ability to make recommendations based on the analytics
