Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve set ROI.
Handle a diverse range of clients, especially those in the health, ecommerce, and B2B lead generation sectors.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Craft compelling ad copies that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business objectives, gather feedback, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate seamlessly with the internal team to ensure the success of campaigns.
Continuously monitor, test, and tweak ads to maximise ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. Must be able to showcase achievements and ROI when requested.
Proven track record of handling a wide range of clients, especially in the health, ecommerce, and B2B lead generation sectors.
Proficient in using and analysing Google Analytics reports.
Strong experience in client communication and understanding their business needs.
Demonstrated ability to write effective ad copy.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Special Considerations (Pluses, but not mandatory):

Experience with Bing Ads.
Familiarity with bid management platforms such as Kenshoo, Marin, or Search Ads 360.
Skills in programming or writing scripts for Google Ads.
Experience in building landing pages and funnels.
Knowledge of WordPress or other web development platforms.
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
