We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist to assist with a lead generation project (Gig/Part Time). As a Google Ads PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns focused on generating leads at a local level. This is a remote position that requires a strong understanding of Google Ads and proven expertise in running successful lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective Google Search campaigns targeting local audiences to generate high-quality leads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and phrases for optimal campaign performance.
• Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to improve key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad campaigns, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and goals.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Google Ads PPC Specialist, specifically in running successful Google Search campaigns for local lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Google Ads Editor, keyword planner, and campaign management tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and experience implementing testing frameworks.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Google Ads certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Requirement:
• Proficiency in using Hubstaff or similar time tracking software to accurately record and report working hours and tasks completed.
