An experienced rockstar Google ads that is also a researcher and has the ability to analyze the research into a persuasive copy that converts cold traffic into booked sales calls.
Ability to research and understand the market, the problem, and the solution and you can turn that data into direct response copy gold.
Conduct thorough research on the target audience, keywords, product, and industry to craft highly effective and persuasive ad copy.
You can optimize a campaign.
You can bring life, and energy, and boost conversions in an existing campaign.
We need copy for cold ads and later retargeting ads.
You love to learn and you consider yourself a lifelong learner.
You stay up-to-date on the latest ad techniques, ad hacks, direct response and conversion optimization techniques and implement them into your work
We are looking for someone who is part-time but this can be project-based or become full-time for the right person are super fun to work with.
We are an agency that works with minority, small business owners in the US to help them generate leads through cold outreach.
We are currently looking for someone with proven experience running ads:
– Performance Max Ads
– YouTube Ads
– Google Maps
– Google Search

Setup Email Campaign
– Setup Campaign in Google Adwords
Manage & Optimize the Campaign
– Start Campaign
– Watch & Measure Campaign
– Optimize Campaign
– Meet with team for the first few campaigns to review findings and strategize
– Tweak Campaign
Continually Measure and Optimize
– Setup New Campaigns as needed
– Start modified Campaign
Continue the cycle to measure and optimize until we are achieving consistent qualified positive responses that lead to sales meetings ad closed deals.
