We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented & passionate Google Ads Specialist to assist in managing our paid search campaigns for clients & internal advertising.

Job Summary:
As a Google Ads Specialist, your role will be to assist in managing Google Ads campaigns on a daily basis. You’ll oversee Search, Shopping, Display & Performance Max campaigns regularly, improving and identifying opportunities. You’ll report directly to our SEM Manager to assist in managing client results, budgets & reporting. You’ll also work alongside a great digital team to help maximise client ROI, drive traffic and reach KPIs.

Responsibilities:
– Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads,
– Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimisation,
– Manage audience targeting & other optimisation methods,
– Scale client results through effective campaign growth management,
– Identify, collect & analyse data/trends in order to maximise client results & KPIs,
– Research and analyse competitors for new ideas,
– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies,
– Campaign reporting & data analysis,
– Active monitoring & sharing of industry news, online trends, new tools etc.

Requirements:
– Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, – Business or equivalent.
– Proven work experience as SEM/Google Ads Specialist or related role.
– Minimum 2 years experience in digital ads strategy and implementation.
– Strong knowledge & experience with Google Ads,
– Knowledge & understanding of Google Analytics 4,
– Experience and knowledge with Google suite of Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
– Understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
– Strong English communication skills & attention to detail.

– Experienced in B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business),
