Digital Radar is a fast growing agency with team members in Arizona as well as Ohio! Our team works remotely with regular in-person events and meetings. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with proven results creating paid search ads across various platforms.

We are seeking an employee with a passion for Google Ads and the experience necessary to lead the paid search strategy and execution for our clients. Responsibilities will include writing clear, concise, and engaging copy for paid ads. Setup, monitoring and management of paid ads channels and campaigns. Work collaboratively alongside our team and increase channel growth for our clients.

Paid Search Specialist Responsibilities Include:

-Set the strategy & lead paid search initiatives for our clients
-Communicate regularly with clients on the performance of their campaigns
-Demonstrate understanding of traditional and digital media and effectively communicate knowledge with clients
-Effectively manage campaigns across all Google Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs
-Conducting thorough research and analysis for clients and Digital Radar
-Assist in campaign implementation, to include ad creative design, pixel implementation and setting up the proper conversion tracking
-Leverage analytics and insights from a given medium to bolster and optimize content

-Search specialist who has experience in different industries running successful paid ads.

Responsibilities:

-Lead paid ads strategy across multiple channels
-Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for ads
-Manage client relations as it regards to paid ads
-Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. landing pages)
-Conduct high-quality keyword and industry research
-Edit and proofread copy as needed
-Perform ongoing optimization to strategy and content

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a paid ads specialist or related role
-Experience running paid ads across: Search, Display, YouTube, Re-Targeting, etc)
-Experience creating & optimizing paid ad campaigns
-Knowledge of Google Ads campaign types as well as overall analytics
-Strong research and analytical skills
-Excellent time-management and organizational skills
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
-Google Ads Certified
-Capable of making quality display ads for clients
-Ability to work on accounts with red tape and navigate disapproval from Google
