Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time AdWords Specialist, (Flexible working hours).

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time AdWords Specialist to manage our clients’ online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, optimizing, and analyzing pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (formerly known as Google AdWords). As an AdWords Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, develop effective strategies, and implement campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Create, monitor, and optimize PPC ad campaigns across various platforms (primarily Google Ads).
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
Set up ad groups, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.
Client Communication:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and advertising goals.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance, including key metrics and recommendations.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Implement new features and strategies as they become available.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) to align ad campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
Collaborate with other specialists to integrate PPC campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads (including Search, Display, and Video campaigns).
Strong understanding of keyword research, ad targeting, and bid management.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive problem-solving skills to address campaign performance issues.
Adept at troubleshooting and adjusting strategies as needed.
Attention to Detail:
Precise execution of campaign settings, tracking codes, and ad copy.
Ability to spot anomalies and optimize accordingly.
Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to changes in algorithms, policies, and client requirements.
Certifications (Preferred):
Google Ads certification (Fundamentals, Search, Display, or Video).
Other relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Work Schedule: This is a part-time position, with flexible hours. You’ll collaborate with our team remotely and occasionally attend client meetings.
