Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Google Ads platform and its integration with other marketing channels. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our company’s Google Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor effective Google Ads campaigns based on our target audience and company objectives.
Keyword Research: Research and select high-performing keywords relevant to our product/service.
Budget Management: Set and manage daily/monthly budget to ensure optimal ROI.
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance. This includes A/B testing, bid adjustments, ad copy updates, and landing page testing.
Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with PPC industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, including SEO specialists, content marketers, and social media managers, to create an integrated strategy.
Landing Page Strategy: Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize landing pages for Google Ads traffic.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all ads adhere to Google’s policies and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Google Ads certification is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of other PPC platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads) is a plus.
