We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to help us make better business decisions based on our marketing data. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

The role centers around harnessing the power of Google’s advertising platform to drive client success. This professional is tasked with creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and engagement for a brand’s products or services online. Through a deep understanding of Google Ads’ mechanisms and analytics, they tailor strategies that align with client goals, whether it’s increasing web traffic, generating leads, or boosting sales. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies is also a significant aspect of their work. Their expertise not only helps in navigating the complexities of digital advertising but also in making data-driven decisions to refine and improve campaign performance over time.

Responsibilities

– Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads, tailored to meet client objectives and budget.
– Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
– Set up conversion tracking, call tracking, and other tracking mechanisms to measure campaign performance and ROI.
– Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
– Perform keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and SEO purposes to maximize audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
– Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
– Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
– Collaborate with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers
– Troubleshoot issues related to ad disapprovals, billing discrepancies, and account access problems to ensure smooth campaign operation.

Requirements and Skills

– A degree in digital marketing or any business-related field
– In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics
– An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
– Google Ads certification
– Competency with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations for clients
– Good knowledge of trends in online marketing
– Excellent communication skills
– Attention to detail and diligence in task execution
– Willingness to continuously improve and upgrade qualifications
