Job Title:
Google Ads Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns for our clients. These campaigns are all Lead Generation focused, Search and Display ads. You’ll be working alongside a team of digital marketing professionals, contributing your expertise to maximize ROI and drive success in a competitive digital landscape. Our Design & Development team will assist and work with you for Landing Page design needs that you have.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective Google Ads strategies for a variety of clients.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
Create compelling ad copy and oversee the design of visual ad components.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insightful reports.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to integrate Google Ads strategies with broader website marketing efforts.
Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and scaling opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search and display advertising.
Google Ads certification is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tags and other digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent English written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Skills and Proficiencies:

Expertise in PPC campaign management and optimization.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
Proficient in managing large advertising budgets and campaigns across multiple accounts.
Ability to interpret and utilize analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
