Google Ads Specialist Starting Rate: $7/hour
Hours: ~20hrs/week
Working time: Flexible except for online meetings when requested, 8AM-Noon US EST (9PM-1AM PH Time)

Summary – We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be Google Ad Certified with experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic Google Ads campaigns as you play a crucial role in crafting and running PPC campaigns that deliver targeted traffic and generate leads for the business. Being in this position will give you the opportunity to enhance your digital marketing skills as part of a large US-based Global Company and venture into other paid media management and Facebook advertising.

REQUIRED: Available for meetings when requested 8AM-Noon US EST (9PM-1AM PH time) – Other hours are flexible.
REQUIRED: Fluency in English and with near-perfect pronunciation (Very Important), excellent internet connection. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
REQUIRED: Google Ads Certified with experience in Google Paid Ads and digital marketing (social media)
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software – Hubstaff (will be provided)

Responsibilities:
Strategize, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns specifically for a large US multinational company.
Communicate with the product management and MarCOM to get keywords and ad copy requirements.
Ensure accuracy in campaign settings, budget allocations, targeting specifics, and ad copy to ensure consistency and optimize campaign outcomes.
Create and maintain Google Ad campaigns by conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, design) to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
Stay updated with the latest trends, updates in Google Ads, and best practices in PPC to continually integrate innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Experience and skills:
Google Ads Search Professional, Google Ads Display Professional, Google Ads Video Professional certifications. With at least of 2 years of Google ads experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
A desire to stay current with industry best practices.

Stretch Goals/responsibilities:
Develop paid social media advertising and LinkedIn ads.
Run other third-party Ads
