This strategic role requires strong experience in performance marketing and PPC / Search media buying. You will leverage experience executing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, Video and App to develop and adhere to modern best practices that strategically and tactically align with client’s business goals.
You will be responsible for your assigned accounts, spearheading Search and PPC duties while assisting as needed on any other accounts.
Using your creative and critical thinking skills, plus digital marketing expertise, you will contribute to the strategic development and execution of campaigns – ensuring accounts and deliverables run smoothly. As a key player, you will work closely with our
Director of Search & PPC to efficiently analyze and present new tactics that scale traffic and revenue for our clients.
About You
– 3-4+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing and PPC/Search
media buying.
– Experience handling budget of more than $100,000 yearly.
– Experience executing Google Ads and have run the following advertising
campaigns: Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, Video and App.
– Strong data analysis skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and
advanced functions such as pivot tables, calculated fields, and Vlookups required.
– Understanding of Google tags and Google Tag Manager are a must, including, how
to audit and implement them.
– Knowledge around other Google Suite products like Google Analytics 4 & Google
Optimize will be needed for running and reporting on experiments.
– Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to execute digital marketing
campaigns without error.
– Fast learner with an inquisitive mind and eye for detail and ability to work in a
fast-moving, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
– Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing
industry.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to create and
update slideshows and decks.
– Strong communication and client-facing skills, able to clearly articulate strategic
vision and campaign results
– Knowledge of additional performance marketing channels, including social media
or email marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
– Develop and execute Search and PPC (Shopping, Display, Discovery, Video, App)
campaigns.
– Monitor campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness and share ideas for
optimization.
– Analyze monthly and quarterly reports; communicate data and findings with
internal and external stakeholders.
– Provide recommendations on campaign creative and assist with occasional
content writing.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated strategy
development.
– Provide daily and weekly updates to leadership on wins, challenges, and overall
needs.
– Fully own your respective client results and take full ownership of platform
deliverables, client decks, client communications, analysis, strategic
recommendations and presentations.
– Train, delegate work and collaborate with junior member(s) assisting on accounts
and provide support to drive overall efficiency internally and externally for clients.
– This is a client-facing role so a great level of english spoken and written is essential as well as being condident and comfortable on the phone with client.
