Job Description:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing our clients’ Google Ads campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation for gyms and fitness studios. This individual will be a key contributor to the team, working directly with our marketing team, and reporting to our Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:

> Design, build, and launch Google Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving the clients’ lead generation and conversion goals.
> Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and SEO projects.
> Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance based on Google Analytics (GA4) metrics and provide recommendations for enhancement.
> Continually optimize PPC campaign components including, but not limited to, keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
> Manage the budget of all PPC campaigns, delivering maximum return on investment.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
> Stay updated with Google Ads industry trends, new channels, and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to PPC ad platforms and algorithm changes.
> Prepare and deliver insightful, actionable campaign performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
> Minimum 8 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, specifically Google Ads.
> Google Ads certification is a must.
> Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
> In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
> Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
> Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mine data to inform decisions.
> Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
