We’re searching for a Google Ads Specialist with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes to join our team on a full-time basis. This role demands expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and a strong grasp of conversion tracking and statistical analysis to enhance decision-making. The right candidate will drive our online marketing strategies, optimize ROI, and contribute significantly to our business growth through insightful data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Expert Campaign Management: Spearhead the creation, execution, and refinement of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads, aligning them with our overarching business objectives.
Keyword Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities, optimizing campaign performance.
Engaging Ad Copy: Craft compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience, encouraging engagement and conversions.
Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
Conversion Tracking & Analysis: Utilize advanced tools for thorough campaign monitoring and conversion analysis, deriving actionable insights from data.
Campaign Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing and continuous ad and landing page optimizations, based on statistical analysis, to boost campaign efficacy.
Detailed Reporting: Produce in-depth reports on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations for strategic direction.
Forecasting & Predictive Analysis: Apply statistical models to predict campaign outcomes, such as expected conversions relative to ad spend, facilitating more informed budgeting decisions.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team for a cohesive and strategic approach to our digital marketing initiatives.
Additional Skills (Not Required but Beneficial):

Experience with social media post creation and management, enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
Skills in SEO content writing, contributing to our content marketing efforts and improving our search engine visibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, capable of analyzing data and deriving meaningful statistics to inform decisions.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing and analysis tools such as Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting complex data.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey data insights and strategies effectively.
Creative and analytical thinker with a meticulous eye for detail.
Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
