Job Description

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS JOB DESCRIPTION AND ROLE IN FULL BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO APPLY AND ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS.

(A) Google Ads Specialist (aka Google Ads Media Buyer/ Paid Search Specialist) Responsibilities:
1. Optimize Google Ads/YouTube Ads by optimizing for better leads quality or ROAS for our clients
2. Setup conversions tracking using Google Ads (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc)
3. Conduct keywords research
4. Add negative keywords on a daily basis to ensure ads don’t show up for irrelevant keywords
5. Work with ChatGPT, propose compelling copy for Facebook Ads/ Google Ads headlines, body copies.
6. Work with ChatGPT to conduct persona and competition research
7. Work with Web Graphic Designers to ensure that landing page is built to convert and must Google Tag Manager tracking/ Facebook Pixel is properly installed
8. Provide weekly stats to the Account Manager to updated clients on their campaign’s performance and what could be done better (we want them to know how their ad budget is being spent)
9. Perform ah-hoc, weekly and monthly audits and report to the team
10. Monitor Client’s Ad Budget and ensure that they are exhausted
11. Constant monitoring of funnel to ensure that it is functioning properly – (website is live & mobile version works)
12. Constant monitoring of Ads account that conversions fired tallies well with backend data & the forms works
13. Document down Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tasks that you perform
14. Educate and keep Account Managers in the loop on our strategies (conversion rate optimization and lead generation/ECommerce)
15. Ensure that tracking of each lead is properly setup, to track Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquiring a Customer (CAC) and 16. Return On Investment (ROI) is well documented, so the clients will be well aware of how their campaign is performing

1. Minimum of 2 years relevant, hands-on Paid Ads Experience
2. The ability to be contactable during office hours (9am to 6pm, yes, we share the same time zone)
3. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/ or Google Analytics
4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
5. Excellent Project Management Skills
6. Well-organised, able to follow instructions, Strong attention to detail and Process Driven.
7. A positive, problem-solving attitude. Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team.
9. Excellent management of Google Drive & savvy with Google Sheets
