IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS / START FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
We are looking for a seasoned Google Ads specialist, to plan, launch, maintain, optimise and report on campaigns for multiple clients on a part-time basis. Somwehere between 10-20 hours per week depending on the number of client campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping. Also, have strong analytical skills and be able to identify and implement opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
– Review and setup account and integrations with website and GTM, Google Analytics, with assistance from our developer if needed
– Plan, launch and manage ad campaigns for multiple clients
– Craft ad copy & design images and/or video creative (or provide a solid brief for our team to produce the art)
– Optimize campaigns for performance
– Track and analyze campaign results
– Work with the team to set and achieve campaign goals
– Ongoing review and optimisation of ads every few days for better conversion/ROI
– Detailed weekly and monthly reporting for us and our clients
– Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads features and best practices
Ideal skills/background:
– 2+ years of experience in Google Ads
– Experience with a variety of Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping, etc.) for both B2B and B2C clients
– Digital campaign tracking set-up (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
– Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and analysis, inc. dashboard set-up
– Conversion rate optimisation (inc. landing page recommendations)
– Demonstrable experience in developing and leading a test, learn and optimise approach to drive results
– Search Engine Optimisation skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
