Google Ads Specilists

About Us: We are a leading provider of professional medical light therapy devices, and we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Specialist. We are looking for a talented individual who can enhance our digital presence and drive more effective campaigns with Google Ads.

Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads search, shopping, and max campaigns (please have experience with the other campaign types)
Conduct keyword research and analysis to target relevant audiences effectively.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to continually improve ROI.
Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, strategies, and best practices.
Collaborate with our marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with other digital marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Be willing to discuss challenges, and educate our team with your expertise

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist with a track record of successful campaign management.
In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, google tag manager and other relevant digital marketing tools such as (Semrush, spyfu, alexa, ahrefs– ideal not required)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in the healthcare and wellness industry is a plus.
Fluent Written and spoken English skills.

Hours and Compensation
We don’t care how many hours you work. We care about results! In addition base pay. We offer bonuses for hitting key milestones and KPI improvements. A long term position will be available for those who truly excel. Please do not apply if you are not interested in a long-term position.
