Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Strategist and Implementor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. This role requires not only the technical skills to run ads but also the strategic acumen to understand and address the unique needs of our Accounting and CPA firm clients. Your job will require brain work, problem-solving, and figuring out what is best for our clients, not just doing what someone tells you to do.

Responsibilities:
– Campaign Strategy and Planning:
– Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of Accounting and CPA firms.
– Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
– Identify target audiences and develop effective targeting strategies.
– Campaign Implementation and Management:
– Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and video ads.
– Perform keyword research and selection to drive targeted traffic.
– Write compelling ad copy that drives conversions and aligns with client objectives.
– Implement A/B testing to continually improve ad performance.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
– Collaboration and Reporting:
– Communicate regularly with our Account Managers to discuss campaign progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
– Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
– Work closely with Account Managers to understand their business goals and translate them into effective ad strategies.
– Continuous Learning and Improvement:
– Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
– Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Google Ads Strategist, PPC Specialist, or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
– Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
– Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Google Ads certification is a plus.
– Experience with retargeting or other ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
– Other marketing skills (web development, graphic design, copywriting, social media management) are a plus.
