Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic individual to join our team as a Google AdWords Manager, with a specific focus on home services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns within the home services sector, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in this market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted AdWords campaigns to drive leads, increase brand awareness, and acquire new customers for Serenity Clean.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive AdWords campaigns tailored specifically to the home cleaning services sector, leveraging insights from market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize targeting and messaging.
Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-intent, relevant keywords specific to home cleaning services, and optimize campaign performance through strategic keyword selection, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
Ad Creation and Testing: Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to resonate with homeowners seeking cleaning services, and conduct rigorous A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging, imagery, and calls-to-action for driving engagement and conversions.
Geotargeting and Local Optimization: Implement geotargeting strategies to reach homeowners within specific geographic areas serviced by Serenity Clean, and optimize campaigns for local search intent to increase visibility and relevance in relevant markets.
Bid Management and Budget Allocation: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes, while effectively managing budget allocation to ensure efficient spend and cost-effectiveness.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven optimizations.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the home services and digital marketing landscape, and leverage this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing Google AdWords campaigns within the home services sector, with a focus on residential cleaning services preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the Google AdWords platform, tools, and best practices, with a strong track record of driving measurable results and ROI.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
Google AdWords certification preferred, but not required.
Experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus.
