We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant with a specialisation in Google AdWords and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, coupled with hands-on experience in optimizing and managing paid search campaigns. This role requires a professional who is analytical, proactive, and driven to achieve performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Search Ads / AdWords Management:
– Develop, implement, and manage high-performing AdWords campaigns.
– Continuously optimize ad copy, keywords, and bid strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
– Monitor and analyze campaigns to meet cost-per-conversion and cost-per-click targets.
2. PPC Strategy:
– Design and implement PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
– Monitor budgets and oversee search platform accounts.
– Ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimized according to brief and best practice guidelines.
3. SEO Integration:
– Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure a unified strategy across paid and organic searches.
– Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
4. Web Analytics:
– Utilize tools such as Google Analytics & Google Search Console to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
– Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance.
– Optimize website and social media channels for PPC and SEO.
5. Continuous Learning & Strategy Development:
– Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in PPC and SEM.
– Attend educational conferences and participate in professional communities.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 4 years experience in Google AdWords and PPC campaign management.
– Proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.
– Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
– Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
