Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google AdWords Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on Google advertising (search, display, and remarketing) and will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

As a Google AdWords Specialist, you will also collaborate closely with our development and design teams to create high-performing landing pages and impactful design assets for campaigns.

Additional responsibilities include implementing email marketing campaigns, designing and setting up campaigns and funnels, managing lead nurturing and customer retention programs, and creating lead magnets for lead generation. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM Parameters, Competitive Analysis, and other relevant digital marketing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, manage, and optimize Google advertising campaigns (search, display, and remarketing) to achieve marketing objectives.

– Collaborate with the development team to create and optimize high-converting landing pages for various marketing campaigns.

– Work closely with the design team to produce compelling design assets for campaigns.

– Design and implement email marketing campaigns to support overall marketing goals.

– Create clear and well-organized maps or diagrams of campaigns and funnels for streamlined planning and execution.

– Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM Parameters, and other relevant tools.

– Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

– Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance performance and return on investment.

– Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Requirements:

– A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google advertising (AdWords).

– Solid expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM Parameters.

– Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.

– Proven ability to create and execute results-driven campaigns and funnels.

– Exceptional project management, organization, and attention to detail.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

– Commitment to staying current with industry trends and adapting to new technologies and best practices.
