Job Description

As a Google Ads Specialist out of our Australian company, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our team of account managers, analysts, and strategists to ensure that our clients’ campaigns are meeting their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Google Ads campaigns, as well as a strong understanding of Google Analytics. You must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, as well as be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Serve as the primary point of contact for all Google Ads-related questions and issues
-Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization based on data analysis
-Research and implement new features and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
-Stay up-to-date on changes to the Google Ads platform and industry best practices
-Set up and manage campaigns in Google Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and budget allocation
-track campaign progress and KPIs, generating weekly and monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders
-Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change
-Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns
-Provide training and support to less experienced team members
-Attend relevant conferences and webinars to stay abreast of industry trends
-Maintain expert knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search platforms
-Serve as a thought leader within the organization, sharing best practices and insights with other team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
-3+ years professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns
-In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and features
-Strong analytical skills for tracking campaign performance and ROI
-Ability to develop creative and effective ad copy
-Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

-Google Ads Certification
-Experience with other paid search platforms, such as Bing Ads
-Experience with Google Analytics
-Experience with graphic design or video editing software
