Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a motivated Google AdWords Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The selected VA will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google AdWords campaigns to boost our online presence and drive targeted traffic to our website, Amazon products, and other offers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– With experience managing Google AdWords campaigns and achieving measurable results.
– Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Passion for digital marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Google AdWords certification is a plus (but not required)

He/ She must also have the following:
– Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
– A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
– Headphones/earphones (for meetings)

WHAT WOULD THE TASK BE?

– Develop and implement Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business objectives.
– Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for ad campaigns.
– Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve ad quality and relevance.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Manage campaign budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain campaign effectiveness.
– Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives.
– Track and report on key performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize ad performance and drive continuous improvement.
– Stay informed about Google AdWords updates and new features, and implement them where applicable.
– Utilize ChatGPT for efficiency, analytics, and scale.
